See the lure’s running depth through the retrieve, from its dive to its return to the surface.

Measure the water where the lure runs, alongside its depth through the retrieve.

Review flagged strikes alongside depth and temperature. Label hits and snags in the app.

The lure records underwater and syncs after it surfaces. A Bluetooth connection isn’t needed during the retrieve.

Pair with the app and zero the depth at the surface before starting a session.

The lure flags a strike and keeps it with the rest of the cast’s readings.

We’re a father-and-son engineering team in Acton, Massachusetts. We’ve designed, assembled, and fished two generations of CastIQ hardware.
The billed crankbait comes first. We’re continuing to develop the production body and on-lure strike learning before bringing it to market.

What does a reservation include?
A spot in the first production batch of billed crankbaits and founder pricing, locked in when pricing is announced. The $25 is a deposit, not the full price. You’ll hear the final price before any balance is charged, and can cancel for a full refund.
Which body ships first?
The billed crankbait. Jerkbait and lipless bodies are planned to follow. You can tell us which style you’d fish in the body and pricing poll.
When will lures ship?
A shipping date hasn’t been announced. Two generations of hardware are already fishing; the production body and on-lure strike learning are still in development. Follow the build for updates on testing and launch.
